AI Agent Readiness · Independent Advisory

Your business is about to run on AI agents.
Who's accountable for what they do?

Companies are handing AI agents access to their systems, customers, and proprietary data faster than they're securing any of it. Almost nobody is auditing what these agents actually touch. bijun.ai is an independent practice that helps you find out where you're exposed before that becomes expensive.

01 / The gap

Everyone is adopting agents. Almost no one is preparing for them.

Right now the AI conversation inside most companies is about adoption. Which model, which use case, which pilot. The questions that actually hurt come later: what can this agent reach, who approved that, and what happens when it does something wrong. Most organizations have not started on those.

/ SECURITY

Agent security

An agent is software that acts on its own, which makes it a new kind of attack surface. It can be manipulated with a well-crafted input, tricked into leaking data, or simply make a bad call with your name on the result. If nobody has tried to break your agents before an attacker does, you don't know how they'll hold up.

/ ACCOUNTABILITY

Data accountability

Agents read data constantly, yours and everyone else's. If you can't trace what was accessed, by whom, and under what terms, your proprietary data is a liability you can't account for. Traced and metered, it becomes an asset you can govern, and in some cases sell access to.

02 / How we work

Diagnosis first. Solutions second. Always in that order.

Step 1

Diagnose

We map where AI and agents actually touch your business. Which systems, which data, which customers, and where that creates risk or locked-up value.

Step 2

Match

We recommend what fits: solutions from our vendor network, tools you already own, or non-AI fixes. If you don't need something, we say so.

Step 3

Sequence

You get a prioritized plan: what to do first, what can wait, and what each step takes. Not a pile of pitches.

About the money, since you'd ask anyway: the vendors we represent pay us when a match leads to a sale, and you'll know who they are before anything gets recommended. The reason to trust the advice regardless is simple. One bad recommendation ends the relationship, and relationships are the entire business.
